A Study on the Enhancing Global Competitiveness of Korean Small and Medium SW Development Company

[Abstract]
SW-industry is leading knowledge-based and high value industry. Especiallylike Korea that has limited resources country, SW-industry is core industry for 21st century information age. SW-industry hasthe economic significance of the information society as well as the future leader of the country as a term that could mean big business. Despite the importance of this SW-industry, SW-industry of the most basic package supplier in the market competitiveness of domestic companies is becoming more and more weakened. Now global SW-company doing aggressive global marketing and product of new technology in conjunction SW and finally change existing domestic market situations. As opposed to domestic small and medium enterprises and the management structure of earnings due to deteriorating market with product development difficulties in current market situation is significantly depressed. In this paper, these realities of domestic knowledge-based SW development ofsmall companies competes with global companies in the SW edge are to provide ways to share the market. SW consumers are very sensitive for not only just a simple product of the functions but also different external factors. Global SW-company of the domestic market to exploit a non-issue, as well as the development of domestic enterprises to use foreign SW has to pay various fees and royalty is a big loss for the country. Therefore, throughout this study for the reorganization of these SW market for domestic company to offer a variety of market analysis and strategy.

R&D Problem of the Leader and the Followers

[Abstract]
This paper shows the government should watch the efficiency gains for society from merging and R&D. Total efficiency gains can outweigh the deadweight loss from merger.
This paper also points out important implication for the ¡°puzzling phenomenon of merger¡±. If firms less than 80% collude and perform R&D, government need not care this merger seriously because so much efficiency gain goes to consumers due to price decrease from cost reduction.

Our economy is on the small and medium enterprises operators as well as employees Num, including a record 88.1% in the absolute majority as a social and economic backbone of these small businesses that enhance the competitiveness of SMEs as childbirth is the key to continued growth of our economy. The technology, based on the general small business ventures over the teeth to bring high technology to secure, high productivity and high profitability, continuous technological innovation in the global economy further action was due to play a central role is placid.

Mid-venture company achieved sales of 100 billion won and sustaining the national economy has become the new enterprise group exports and has contributed significantly to job creation. Unlike traditional venture of these companies need to manage differentiated special present, and policies for sustainable growth and development patterns provision, company-specific analysis and utilized basic research and analysis is needed.

The same situation against the backdrop of this study, 100 billion in the venture for the club by analyzing the actual conditions and the status of 100 billion Venture Club is to identify the key success factors. These critical success factors and support the government's policy and reflect on the future development of venture companies by 100 billion domestic venture with the club's larger venture firms need to grow a venture to provide direction to the improvement of the ecosystem.
An Empirical Study on the Effect of Control Variables for the Founder¡¯s Personal Characteristics and Characteristics of Foundation on the Business Performance - Focused on Small Business-

[Abstract]
The purpose of this study is to analyze how the founder¡¯s personal characteristics, characteristics of foundation and competitive strategy effect the business performance by major industry. The most existing studies on the small business performance have excessively emphasized a significant effects of plus (+) or minor (-) in the cross-sectional side. This empirical study demonstrates that the relationship between the characteristics of the business start-up including psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and the small business performance be effected by the business size and firm's age for small business of Metropolitan area. This study suggests as follows.
First, this study shows the psychological characteristics and background characteristics of entrepreneurs, characteristics of location condition, competitive strategy, be influenced by the business size and firm's age as control effect.
Second, this paper highlights the importance of strategy for the establishment or operation of small business. It can raise the levels of business satisfaction and the success rate for foundations to start new business by analyzing market environment and the other competitive shops.
Third, The founder and the pre-entrepreneurs can raise the success rate of business with considering the relationship between these control variables for the business start-up.
